
Job description
The Systems Engineer I is responsible for handling service requests and incidents escalated from Tier 1 Support, relating to technologies including printers, workstations, servers, and other vendor specific hardware.
Provide IT support for customers using Microsoft operating systems and applications, perform patch management for workstations, detect and remove viruses and malware, and perform basic server administration.
Must be able to work well in a team, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and sound judgment to know when to escalate issues to management.
