Budderfly is a fast-growth, private equity-backed energy management outsourcing company looking for an Accounting Manager to lead daily financial operations and ensure financial health and operational stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Deep understanding of GAAP and tax laws
- Ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
