The Account Executive, Membership Service performs ticket sales, retention and customer service activities as it relates to season ticket accounts and general ticket-related services.
Requirements
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet and/or exceed annual retention and sales goals
- Make a minimum of 35 outbound phone calls per day
- Maintain accurate and detailed records
- Assist in the selling of new season tickets
- Track and document customer complaints
- Maintain a level of knowledge of programs and events
