Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to take ownership of the customer journey after the sales process is completed, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and building strong, long-term relationships with Buildern customers.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Ability to understand customer workflows and translate business needs into effective use of the platform
- Experience managing customer accounts, renewals, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities is a plus
- Comfortable working with customer data preparation, imports (CSV/Excel), and basic troubleshooting
