Job Description
Operations Manager responsible for managing multiple operations, overseeing daily operations, budgeting, and ensuring smooth flow of products to customers. Resolves problems and fosters cross-department interaction. Takes an active role in employee training and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university
- 4 years of directly related experience in the lumber or building materials industry
- Knowledge/experience in building materials, procurement, inventory management and supervision of people
- Strong customer service experience and good organizational skills
