Operations Manager

We are Builders FirstSource, America’s largest supplier of building materials, value-added components and building services to the professional market. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple operations, including manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing, to ensure the most timely, productive, and cost-effective flow of materials. The role involves supervising employees, budgeting, and planning operations strategies to meet or exceed annual profit targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university
• 4 years of directly related experience in the lumber or building materials industry
• Knowledge/experience in building materials, procurement, inventory management, and supervision of people
• Strong customer service experience, and good organizational skills
