Operations Manager

We are Builders FirstSource, America's largest supplier of building materials, value-added components, and building services to the professional market. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple operations, controlling the flow of materials, and ensuring timely, productive, and cost-effective methods. You will work with lead managers to train and develop personnel, plan operations strategies, and resolve problems related to processes, costs, orders, and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
• 4 years of directly related experience in the lumber or building materials industry
• Knowledge/experience in building materials, procurement, inventory management, and supervision of people
• Strong customer service experience and good organizational skills
