Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Builders FirstSource. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling building materials to customers, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Two (2) years prior sales experience
• In-depth knowledge of company products, services, production processes, and product standards
• In-depth understanding of policies and procedures relating to sales and customer service
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
• Demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy, and tact
• Highly effective selling skills
• Ability to achieve aggressive sales goals and objectives
• Valid driver's license
