Outside Sales Representative Sales - Outside Sales

The Outside Sales Representative Sales is responsible for representing the company with the largest or most complex customers, understanding customer needs, and identifying products and services to meet these requirements. The role involves leadership responsibilities, such as training and developing less experienced sales staff, and may act as Sales Manager during absence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
• Two years prior sales experience
• In-depth knowledge of company products, services, production processes and product standards
• In-depth understanding of policies and procedures relating to sales and customer service
• Highly effective selling skills
• Ability to achieve aggressive sales goals and objectives
• Valid driver’s license
