Safety Coordinator I General Admin

This job involves developing and supporting a site-specific Safety Management Plan (SMP), ensuring supervisors and other management perform thorough accident investigations, and coordinating safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent plus two to three years related experience and/or training preferred
• Working knowledge of safety codes, OSHA, EPA, hazardous materials, emergency preparedness and fleet safety
• Analytical, problem-solving, technical skills, oral and written communication, and adaptability
