DEMAND PLANNING ANALYST

Demand Planning Analyst adds value to BAPI and the Supply Chain team by developing accurate demand forecasts and converting them into actionable demand plans that support production, procurement, and inventory strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply planning.
• Strong analytical skills with excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), ERP/MRP systems.
• Understanding of statistical forecasting methods (moving average, exponential smoothing, regression, etc).
• Ability to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Purchasing.
• Data-driven decision making
• Strong follow-through and ownership mentality
• Ability to challenge assumptions diplomatically
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Comfortable working in changing demand environments
