Business Account Manager

Business Account Manager sought to serve as primary point of contact for customers, communicating their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. Non-commission, inside role focused on customer service and order management. Requires experience in construction/remodeling or building material sales, proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Manage a large number of incoming phone calls
• Continued follow through with sales expectations
• Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by utilizing the tools provided
• Meet personal/customer sales targets
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
