Customer Success Manager m/w/d

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own customer success from onboarding through long-term value realization, ensuring fast time-to-value, driving product adoption, and acting as a strategic sparring partner around Revenue Engineering.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer success in a SaaS company
• Ability to create a great customer experience in onboarding and implementing revenue engineering
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Ability to travel for onboarding and workshops
• Perseverance and readiness for action in dealing with customers and colleagues
