Director of Engineering

We're looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our engineering strategy and execution, overseeing all aspects of software development, architecture, and engineering processes across the product lifecycle. As a key player in a fast-growing technology startup, you will have the opportunity to help build out a critical function for the company and work with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in an Agile environment
• Expertise in modern software development practices including microservices and cloud infrastructure
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including microservices, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and DevOps
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to change
