Job Description
At BuildOps, we’re building a groundbreaking software solution to support commercial contractors. As the Head of Enablement, you'll lead the build-out of the industry’s leading operational platform and define how we equip teams with tools and training to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Requirements
- Define and own the multi-year enablement vision and strategic roadmap
- Define and execute the BuildOps Academy strategy
- Lead and develop a team of functional enablement managers and analysts
- Own and maintain our LMS (Docebo) as the source of truth for enablement content
- Embed AI into how enablement content is created, personalized, and measured
