Build an industry-leading Project Management solution for the commercial subcontracting industry that spans field workflows, labor planning and forecasting, collaboration, financials, and AI-powered experiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the technology industry, with 5+ years in Product Management for B2B SaaS;
- or: 3+ years in a contractor or construction firm followed by 3+ years building B2B software as a Product Manager.
- Experience building end-to-end product experiences, including prototyping and solution development with AI coding assistants.
- Strong familiarity with contractor / construction project workflows (labor planning, schedules, change orders, cost tracking, collaboration) and how they show up in software.
- Mission-driven mindset, motivated by complex, real-world challenges faced by commercial subcontractors.
- Experience working in a technical environment, with basic SQL skills and proficiency in analytics tools to inform decisions.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and a track record of working effectively with engineering and design in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, CS, Implementation, PS).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data—both quantitative and qualitative—to shape product strategy and day-to-day prioritization.
- Bonus: Direct experience in specialty contractor operations (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or similar) or adjacent construction domains.
