Build a portfolio of family owned businesses and serve as a financial adviser to business owners. Develop strong working relationships with retail bank leaders and community groups.
Requirements
- Build a portfolio of family owned businesses generating revenues between $500,000 and $1,500,000 annually
- Develop strong working relationships with retail bank leaders
- Communicate effectively with business owners
- Develop or have selected industries where you have intelligence and can build a niche
- Complete 15 face-to-face meetings with business decision makers weekly
- Report results of marketing efforts through CRM system by Friday each week
