Senior Manager – Commercial Enablement

We are partnering with a leading global corporate services and fund administration business to appoint a Senior Manager – Commercial Enablement. This is a strategic internal role sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy, CRM optimisation, marketing enablement and business development support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a commercial enablement, commercial operations, strategic marketing, CRM or sales enablement role
• Strong understanding of complex B2B sales processes within corporate services, funds or related financial services environments
• Advanced CRM capability, ideally with HubSpot or similar (ie. Salesforce)
• Experience working within a large, global and highly matrixed organisation
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to support growth-focused business development functions
• Comfortable producing reporting and presenting insights to senior leadership stakeholders
• Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, finance and operational teams
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills
