Job Description
Global Business Development Manager responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives to generate qualified pipeline and create demand across global markets for Bullhorn’s solutions. Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to coach, develop, and grow a high-performing BDR function.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performing Business Development teams
- Success in generating qualified pipeline and demand across global markets
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing top Business Development talent globally
- Analytical skills to analyze team and individual performance metrics
- Ability to lead geographically distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones
- Experience in building high-performing team culture and helping people grow into future sales careers
