Job Description
Bullhorn is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where hard work and outstanding results are rewarded and celebrated. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead a business-critical Salesforce ISV application within a complex, enterprise environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical Product Management, Product Owner, or Sales Operations role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of delivering solutions or managing applications on the Salesforce platform
- Experience in Staffing/Recruitment, or have worked in a related role such as Business Analyst or Sales Operations within a staffing technology context
- Strong understanding of Objects, Flows, APIs, and the AppExchange ecosystem
- Comfortable using AI tools to support workflow
- Data-led, adaptive approach to product strategy
- Ability to communicate clearly and directly
