Corporate Legal Counsel

Bullish is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to execute complex transactions and manage global governance framework, with a focus on M&A, corporate structuring, and entity management.

Requirements

• JD / LLB or equivalent legal degree from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of corporate legal experience, with experience in M&A, corporate finance, and/or capital markets
• Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
• Highly motivated professional and a self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize demanding workloads, and meet tight deadlines independently
