Job Description
As an Operations Specialist, Agent Performance & Enablement at Bumble, you'll conduct daily QA reviews, provide actionable feedback, and handle QA disputes. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional partners, maintain consistent scoring methodology, and confidently apply AI tools in your work.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a moderation or Trust & Safety environment
- 1+ year conducting QA reviews
- Experience in content moderation or similar Trust & Safety environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in training or coaching
- Strong ability to take ownership, adapt to change, and work cross-functionally
