Bumble Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Scientist to lead analytics and measurement across marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth, and UA data science, with deep knowledge of mobile attribution, channel-level nuance, and incrementality testing. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to influence decision-making up to senior/executive level.
Requirements
- Significant experience in marketing analytics / growth / UA data science (typically 5+ years, or equivalent depth)
- Deep knowledge of mobile attribution and tracking (including SKAN realities and limitations)
- Channel-level nuance (search, social, display, video, affiliates, ASA, etc.) and measurement pitfalls
- Incrementality testing best practices and causal thinking
- MMM (design, calibration, interpretation, and how to operationalise insights)
- LTV / cohort modelling, payback, ROI, and quality-adjusted acquisition approaches (not just CPI/CAC)
- Strong Python and SQL skills; ability to build repeatable analytical workflows and robust datasets
- Strong communication and stakeholder leadership. Able to influence decision-making up to senior/executive level and align cross-functional partners on measurement strategy
