Senior Designer, Design Systems

We're looking for a Senior Designer to shape the foundations of Bumble's product experience and create a design system that reflects our values of Respect, Excellence, and Curiosity. You'll design, evolve, and maintain system tokens, components, and patterns, and partner with engineering to ensure strong parity between Figma libraries and production code.

Requirements

• Deep empathy for diverse users and consistently design with inclusion, accessibility, and safety at the forefront
• Strong experience designing and scaling component libraries, tokens, and patterns across multiple products or teams
• High fluency in Figma, including components, variants, variable collections, libraries, and documentation workflows
• Collaborative, low-ego, and excited to coach and elevate others across the organization
