Job Description
Join Farther as a Senior Product Designer & Design Systems to build the company's design system from the ground up and own it long-term. You will be responsible for defining how the entire product organization works, creating a scalable component library, and driving adoption across design and engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- 3+ years leading design systems
- Expert in Figma, capable of building scalable component architectures
- Deep understanding of design-to-code implementation and cross-platform consistency
- Strategic and executional—able to set vision, define governance, and execute detailed components
