Public Safety Communications Call Taker

We're hiring five dedicated individuals to join our Public Safety Communications Center and answer 911 and administrative calls. The role involves receiving and screening emergency calls, managing challenging callers, and documenting calls promptly. We welcome those with no previous experience for this Academy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift
