Associate General Counsel

We are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel with 10–15 years of legal expertise to deliver strategic legal support across multiple areas, including commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. law license.
• 10–15 years of commercial and transactional legal experience, preferably combining law firm and in-house roles.
• Experience in agribusiness or multinational environments preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing legal teams.
• Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, communication, and leadership.
• Collaborative leadership style.
• Sound judgment, integrity, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
