Requirements
- University degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales roles, including people management
- Strong FMCG market knowledge with solid commercial and P&L understanding
- Proven leadership capabilities and advanced negotiation skills
- Strategic, analytical, and resultsâdriven mindset with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Business English
- Proficiency in the MS Office
- Driving license
