Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Service Manager DACH to strengthen our team. The role involves building and maintaining technical relationships with key customers, identifying customer needs, and developing unique sales arguments for our product portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in food science, food technology, or food innovation
- At least 3 years of work experience, preferably 5 years, in oil and fat application (product and process development of food)
- Customer project management, product/application development, and achieving high customer satisfaction
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, proactive thinking, advanced communication and presentation skills, commercially oriented, team player, advanced project management and organizational skills
- German as mother tongue, additional languages are a plus, Fluent English skills in word and writing
- Safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as customer relationship management (CRM) systems and ERP systems
