Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person to strengthen our team as a Technical Service Manager DACH. The role involves building and maintaining technical relationships with key customers, exploring new opportunities for customer development, and developing and implementing customer projects.
Requirements
- University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in food science, food technology, or food innovation
- At least 3 years, preferably 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in the field of oil and fat application (product and process development of food) in the areas of confectionery, baked goods, plant-based products (Plant-Based), B2B, and B2C
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, proactive thinking, advanced communication and presentation skills
- Fluent German and English skills, additional languages a plus
- Secure handling of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
