Events Marketing Lead

We're hiring an Events Marketing Lead to own how Bunkerhill shows up in the world—at the conferences and trade shows that matter in healthcare, and through the intimate, high-impact experiences we host ourselves.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience executing a range of B2B events—conferences, trade shows, and owned activations—from planning through post-event follow-up
• Strong project management skills and a track record of keeping complex programs moving across multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing event budgets and vendor and agency relationships, knowing when outside help raises the bar versus adds overhead
• Comfort operating with significant autonomy in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where the plan will change
• Willingness to travel regularly for events, customer dinners, and on-site activations
• SF-based, in-office 3+ days per week
