Job Description
Flagright is hiring an Event Lead to help scale their marketing efforts in North America. The Event Lead will own field-level strategy and execution to drive awareness, engagement, and sales pipeline growth within key markets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B field or demand marketing experience, ideally in SaaS
- Strong project management capability with experience running events and field programs
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline contribution through integrated marketing initiatives
- Excellent communicator with a strategic mindset and ability to execute with minimal direction
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and driving alignment across stakeholders
- Based in the Bay Area with the right to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship available)
- Willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time
