Requirements

• Previous retail leadership experience in a large retail environment
• Ability to achieve results by working closely with your team
• Approachable and confident when interacting with team and customers
• Proven ability to coach and develop others
• Ability to be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
