Job Description
As our User Verification Team Lead, you will manage User Verification backlogs efficiently, support and motivate your team, and propose fixes to boost operational efficiency. You'll thrive in our environment if you have great empathy, high emotional intelligence, and a proactive mindset.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Proven skills in leading a team of User Verification Agents
- Good knowledge of performance management and coaching
- Deep understanding of KYC, KYB, and EDD
- Excellent communication skills
