Care Assistant

The Care Assistant role at Bupa is responsible for providing person-centred care to residents with varying requirements, supporting independence and honouring choice. The role involves observing and managing residents' behaviour, supporting nutrition and hydration needs, and providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.

• Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification
