Clinical Unit Manager

We are looking for a Clinical Unit Manager to lead by example and work clinically on the floor to support nursing duties while also having dedicated time to complete managerial responsibilities within the unit. The successful candidate will promote our resident's independence, choice and dignity, and build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
