Job Description
We are looking for a Clinical Unit Manager to lead our care home in West London. As a Registered Nurse, you will work clinically on the floor to support nursing duties and have dedicated time to complete managerial responsibilities. You will promote independence, choice, and dignity among our residents and lead by example to motivate and mentor your team.
Requirements
- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
- Commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding professional development
- Passion for caring for the elderly and maintaining independence, choice, and dignity
- Effective communicator with strong relationships with residents and their families
- Clinical experience to lead, motivate, and mentor a team
- Respectful and compassionate team player with a strong work ethic
