Registered Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Kilfillan House Care Home in Berkhamsted. As a highly respected member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care and supporting the independence of our residents. You will be responsible for managing the unit, overseeing care, administering medication, and providing clinical guidance to the care team.

Requirements

• Valid NMC pin
• Previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard
• Confident offering clinical guidance for care teams
• Effective communication and reporting skills
