Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Tenterden House Care Home in St Albans. As a highly respected member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care and supporting independence for our residents. You'll be responsible for managing the unit, administering and ordering medication, and providing clinical guidance to the care team.

Requirements

• Valid NMC pin
• Previous experience in care management
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage care staff
