We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Independent Construction Assessor to join our growing Building Standards team. This is a key technical role, providing expert guidance, auditing, and on-site assessment to ensure compliance with Building Standards and support the highest levels of construction quality across the industry.
Requirements
- Conduct audits of company policies, procedures, and practices, delivering clear and timely reports
- Provide expert guidance to help clients meet current and emerging Building Standards legislation
- Support on-site warranty and quality inspections when required
- Play an active role in developing and expanding the ICA function within the business
- Promote high standards of ethics, professionalism, and technical excellence
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
- Build strong relationships across the construction sector to support business growth
