Job Description
Perform inspections on pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping systems, heat exchangers, valves, and structural components. Carry out statutory inspections according to regulatory/international requirements.
Requirements
- Perform inspections on pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping systems, heat exchangers, valves, and structural components.
- Carry out statutory inspections according to regulatory/international requirements
- Execute RBI, API, and preventive maintenance inspection programs.
- Identify corrosion, erosion, cracking, deformation, and other degradation mechanisms.
- Review and interpret NDT results (UT, PT, MT, VT, RT, ECT, PAUT, TOFD).
- Witness and validate repairs, NDT, and pressure tests.
- Prepare clear and detailed inspection reports with findings and recommendations.
- Update inspection data on Asset Integrity Management Systems.
- Review P&IDs, isometrics, engineering drawings, and material certificates.
- Ensure compliance with API/ASME standards and local regulations.
- Participate in shutdown/turnaround inspections.
- Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and job safety analyses.
- Follow all HSE policies, PTW systems, and confined space safety requirements.
