Mechanical Integrity Technician

Roquette is a family-owned global leader in plant-based ingredients and a leading provider of pharmaceutical excipients. We are looking for a Mechanical Integrity Technician to perform mechanical integrity field inspections of Pressure Vessels and registered piping. The technician will oversee code calculations of the equipment to enable a reliable and safe operating environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years vessel inspection experience in a chemical or oil & gas manufacturing environment
• Current and certified with the following API 510, 570, and CWI
• Experience with Welding, NDE, inspection planning, damage mechanisms
• Ability to read and write isometric piping diagrams
• Ability to read Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs)
• 3–5 years of experience in pressure vessel or ASME Section VIII design.
• Experienced with Compress Pressure Vessel Design Software or equivalent
• Familiar with ASME Section VIII Pressure Vessel Design Code
• Familiar with API 650 & 620 Vessel Design Code
• Skilled in the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influentially lead teams and individuals utilizing performance based leadership or similar behavioral based science
