Job Description
Bureau Veritas is looking for a Sample Preparation Technician to work in a laboratory setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing geological samples using various methods and ensuring the accuracy and quality of the process.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in a mineral processing/analytical lab environment considered an asset
- Experience using heavy equipment an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding tasks with repeated lifting
- Ability to handle weights of up to 40 lbs for prolonged periods
- Open and inclusive mindset with a willingness to work in a team dynamic
Benefits
- Salary: $20.51 plus pay premiums depending on shift
