Job Description
IT & NOC Support Engineer responsible for managing local infrastructure, providing technical support, ensuring network security, and monitoring application health and availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or NOC operations
- Fluency in English required
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL, or Microsoft certification
