We're expanding fast, and we're looking for an experienced SMB Sales Manager to lead and grow our team of Account Executives focused on acquiring and scaling small to mid-sized merchants.
Requirements
- Lead and Manage a High-Performing Team: Hire, train, and develop a team of SMB Account Executives.
- Activity & Pipeline Management: Set clear daily/weekly activity expectations (calls, demos, proposals) and hold reps accountable to building and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Coaching & Development: Provide regular feedback through 1:1s, call reviews, and roleplays to sharpen reps’ prospecting, discovery, and closing skills.
- Quota Achievement: Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Sales Process Optimization: Refine and implement repeatable, scalable sales processes in HubSpot (CRM) to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Partner with Marketing on lead generation campaigns and Customer Success on smooth merchant onboarding and adoption.
- Market Insights: Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and trends from SMB prospects to inform product and GTM strategy.
- Culture Builder: Foster a high-energy, competitive, and supportive sales culture that celebrates wins and learns from losses.
