Associate Attorney (Sexual Assault/Personal Injury)

Join Bush & Bush Law Group as an Associate Attorney and pursue justice for victims of sexual assault and personal injury. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with senior attorneys to handle a caseload, conduct legal research, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court.

Requirements

• Manage cases from initial consultation through trial
• Represent clients in court, during depositions, and in settlement negotiations
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Participate in case investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses
• Work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and other staff
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients
