Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in California with a strong understanding of state and federal litigation procedures
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on personal injury or employment law cases
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and courtroom skills, with strong legal writing ability
• Proven trial experience with the ability to assertively represent clients in high-stakes situations
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently, while managing multiple cases effectively
