Job Description
Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Law Attorney to join its growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling employment matters, particularly those involving sexual harassment, workplace assault, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school in the United States
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas
- Minimum 3 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Proven experience handling cases involving sexual harassment and/or workplace assault
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Excellent legal writing and research abilities
