Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Law Attorney to join our growing litigation team at Bush & Bush Law Group. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling employment matters and provide compassionate and strategic legal counsel to clients.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school in the United States.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Proven experience handling cases involving sexual harassment and/or workplace assault.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent legal writing and research abilities.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team.
