Job Description
A Sales Executive ā Automotive Bodyshop Paints sells and promotes automotive refinish paints, coatings and related products to workshops, bodyshops and dealers, and grows revenue and market share in an assigned territory.
Requirements
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and margin targets
- Identify, qualify and develop new bodyshop accounts
- Conduct product presentations, demos and paint-system trials
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, promotions and annual agreements
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and new launches
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders and proposals
- Track sales pipeline and visit plans using CRM / sales reports
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve product issues
- Ensure proper product display, branding and POS materials in key accounts
- Follow company credit policies, actively support collections and reduce overdue receivables
